Navy and Coral

I saw this outfit on Pinterest and instantly loved the color combination.  However, we are now working with a fall wardrobe (and I despise shorts), so I went for a decidedly warmer version.

For my look, I dug out my favorite navy blue casual jacket.  It is the perfect weight for layering.  I stalked it at JCPenney from the beginning of fall last year until it finally went on clearance at the beginning of February.  It went from $50 (which we know was a marketing scam) to $25 to $15, and then I had a $10 off purchase of $25 coupon.  So, I bought the jacket in navy and army green and got both of them for $20.  The shirt underneath is from Old Navy online.  It is a boat neck 3/4 sleeve t-shirt and I love the style, but haven't seen it in stores.  I got it in white and tons of other colors because it was on sale and I had a coupon and was able to snag them for $6 each.  The scarf is one of my $5 gems from Wisteria.com.  The jeans were $5 at Goodwill.  The cognac colored flats are $17 at Payless, but I got them with another pair of shoes that were $20 and had a coupon for $10 off $25 (love those!), so they were more like $12.

To sum it up, my navy and coral outfit for fall is only $38 thanks to perseverance and bargain shopping!
